Q. How long does it take for a valuation and offer to be made?
A. As soon as we receive your phone call, we will undertake our research and get back in touch within 48 hours with an offer.

Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. There are no commissions or costs to the seller for valuations. And provided the seller uses a solicitor recommended by us, we will also pay all the legal costs. If however the seller instructs their own solicitor, we will contribute £400 towards the seller’s legal costs.

Q. When will I have to leave the property?
A. There is no formal timescale; we understand that people have different deadlines and reasons for moving. We will be as flexible as possible.

Q. Are there any types of properties which you do not buy?
A. No - we buy all types of properties/ vacant/ tenanted/ land etc...

Q. My property needs updating and is in poor condition
A. No problem - we often buy properties which require updating and modernisation.

Q. If I have a valuation and decide not to sell immediately, how long will your offer remain open?
A. Our offer will stay open for 14 days; thereafter we reserve the right to review the offer.

Q. I need to sell my house quick but I don't want to move. What do you offer?
A. We offer a rent-back option where we will buy your property quickly and allow you to rent it straight back for an agreed period of time. The rent we will charge you will depend on your affordability but is generally based on the market value rental figure common for your area. A buy back option could be arranged as well along with the rent back.
